Puppetry and Storytelling with Props

Full of beautifully woven articles on the art of puppetry, from stories of pioneers of Waldorf puppetry, to understanding it in relation to the lower senses. Ensouling puppets is beautifully explained, as is how to build the story up with props, making marionettes, tabletop and hand puppets and more.  Exploring the creative potential we all have through puppetry arts is explained by master puppeteer Janene Ping, and the master of the puppet apron Jennifer Aguirre, explains how to make and use puppet aprons.  Suzanne Down shows us how to ensoul the archetype in marionette puppetry, and we see many examples of shows done with and for children in the settings – indoors and out!
