Issue 27

Building Resilience

What is resilience? Why do we need it? In fact, through the articles you will see that resilience is needed to cope with life as it is in the 21st Century, and is needed for each individual to be established as young as possible. If we have it, or can build it, depends on individual circumstances and experiences, as you will see in these articles.

This issue covers subjects – often based on individual traumatic experiences, as far ranging as adoption, war, fear, and more. It also addresses the role of the adult in creating the right environment, healing rhythms, stories and shares many case studies.

We remember Marcelle Macpherson and look at nature tables and building boats.
