Discovery of the self through movement, integration, moving with soul, eurythmy and penetrated movement and rhythmic games are amongst some of the articles addressing the importance of self initiated and general movement for growth and development.

Snails are explored, and also in poems, hand gesture games, recipes. 

Crafts include story activity of felting tulips, making quick wet felted standing puppets, wool magic puppetry, crafts.
