Movement

With a focus on movement, the importance of our own movement and gesture through imitation, and movement in the morning circle – we see the beginnings of research appearing in this, the first issue of KINDLING journal.

Reports from the conference on The Dignity of the Small Child, with its focus on the child under 3, is continued with news on the Birth to Three movement both worldwide and in England

The nature study focus is on birds and includes pattern and instructions for creating a dove mobile, ribbon wings, making birds nests and felt chicks. Bird songs too are included.

There is news on the Parent and Child work and the Birth of the Alliance for Childhood movement.
